The room was beautifully designed and tidy plus it had a safe, a minibar, and central heating.

We had a well-equipped room with a good bed. Also, location was top and convenient, just a pleasant stroll away from a rebuilt 16th-century Ottoman bridge.

ideal place, it was clean and had excellent and extremely friendly staff on reception desk. the location was unbeatable and nice in a tourist area, close enough to restaurants and shops, bell tower of franciscan church with a viewpoint 75 meters above ground and the old town. mostar old town district was worth exploring.

Superb base for discovering Mostar with excellent staff on reception desk. Huge and lovely modern rooms, very comfy beds. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Quite close to the airport, 10 km, perfect for an early flight.

We stayed at Hotel Kapetanovina for 3 nights during our family trip. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the Old Town and famous Bridge of Mostar. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. We were lucky to have a family room with a balcony that offered a stunning view of the old town. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided exceeded our expectations. Additionally, there was convenient parking available right across from the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Hotel Kapetanovina and was given a free upgrade to a room with a large rooftop terrace. The view of the famous Mostar Bridge was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for dining. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the charming Old Town of Mostar. The hotel also had easy parking available in a carpark opposite. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great location, and stunning views.
